We Are Looking to Add a Key Member to Our Sales Team!
We are seeking an Account Executive focused on Business Development in our Office Equipment Group. Our Sales Professionals have exceptional listening skills and use this ability to tie GreatAmerica solutions to business needs. As an Account Executive you will have the opportunity to sell creative financing programs to business owners in the Office Technology industry. This position will include cultivating and growing existing GreatAmerica relationships to increase their leasing volume, but the primary focus is bringing on net new opportunities. You must be able to successfully use consultative selling methods and you will be accountable for achieving sales volume goals in your territory. You will work collaboratively with a team to drive success in your territory, including individuals from sales, collections, account support, documentation, and credit.
As an Account Executive, you’ll:
- Be an Active Listener! Take a consultative needs satisfaction selling approach by uncovering business needs and proposing GreatAmerica solutions which align with those business needs.
- Build Strong Relationships! Spend your days using your strong communication skills by engaging with people through telephone prospecting and qualifying new customers in your territory.
- Capitalize on Your Motivation to Drive Goals Forward! Own your future and use your competitive nature to achieve your sales goals. Our most successful sales representatives treat this business like their own by developing strategies and programs designed to meet business needs and increase sales volume.
- Be Persistent! Use your professionally persistent ability to make repeated calls and emails to gain access to C-level business owners. Close sales by building rapport, relying on GreatAmerica capabilities, and consistently overcoming objections.
- Use Strategic Thinking! We’re looking for talented individuals to develop lead generation strategies within the office technology equipment finance vertical to create a strong prospective pipeline and to achieve 100% of sales volume.
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
- The ability to sell value by helping customers envision how GreatAmerica programs can save them money and/or increase productivity.
- An affinity for connecting quickly with people to gain trust to collaboratively solve business problems.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years of recent outbound business to business (B2B) sales experience with cold calling and appointment setting experience.
- Specific business development experience in the office technology channel.
- Proven ability to build solid working relationships with a variety of businesses, and an interest in learning about ways to add value to an evolving industry.
- Excelling in communication, business development, relationship management, working autonomously and time management.
- Travel expectations for this role include traveling to your territory every 4-6 weeks, roughly a 3-day trip.
