IT Tech II Support

AS A TECH I SUPPORT you will:
Triage incoming calls, chat, email or ticketing systems requests
Support and provide entry support for students, parents and staff
Need to be capable of working with students, parents and staff members with all manners of experience in a calm and smooth manner
Have a Positive Outlook
Be a Committed learner as technology is always growing and changing
Service Chromebooks & Window devices
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills Ability to write up Operating Procedures
A Certification
2 Years of Technology Experience and/or Bachelors degree
This position is based out of our Greenfield, MA office, and includes some flexibility for working from home. There may be some limited instate travel requirements.
