Position Overview:
As the Creative Director, you will create content that will engage our members and build excitement in the community. You will be responsible for producing high-quality written content, conducting research on key topics relevant to our members, and overseeing the creation of major publications that showcase the Greater Concord region.
Your role will involve driving the creative direction of all marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms, and crafting compelling narratives that highlight our diverse membership. You will work collaboratively with the Chamber team to develop innovative campaigns that support member acquisition, retention, and overall engagement. Your leadership will extend to guiding the visual and written aspects of both internal and external communications, ensuring they align with the Chamber's strategic goals.
This position requires a creative visionary with a strong background in content creation, publication production, and brand management. The ideal candidate for this position is an effective communicator, and will thrive collaborating with community partners to champion the thriving business community that makes New Hampshire’s Capital Region unique.
Desired skills & experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; in particular must demonstrate exceptional skill with InDesign.
- WordPress website management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to write about and research topics that are pertinent to our members. Examples include: trends in tourism, new developments in the city, championing local award recipients.
Job responsibilities include:
- Produce our major publications, which includes writing content, taking photographs, and graphic design.
- Maintain and update Chamber website and digital resources.
- Management of our tourism website and blog, which includes creating short-form video content that promotes fun things to do in the Capital Region.
- Utilizing social media for member communications.
- Serve as primary contact for press/media inquires to the organization.
- Collaborate creatively with members, community partners, and volunteers that support our organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
