What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Impact Administrator position at Greater Green Bay Community Foundation?
The Community Impact Administrator is a full-time position responsible for supporting the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation’s grantmaking teams, community impact programs, and processes related to research, proposal administration, grant tracking and post-grant evaluation. The Administrator is a professional who possesses strong organization and communication skills with attention to detail. Position responsibilities include serving as the Community Impact Team’s primary support for grant and scholarship administration, committees, and other duties as assigned.
The Administrator uses effective written and oral communication skills to help the team meet its goals and deadlines. Communication and knowledge programs and products are within nationally adopted standards and guidelines. The position works in the Foundation’s database to enter fund data, grant information, and transactions.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Grantmaking and Scholarship Administration :
- Serve as the first point of contact for applicant inquiries and field application-related questions and needs.
- Receive and process applications and coordinate with the respective program lead.
- Administer application process including historical tracking and analysis, creation of program materials, financial reporting and online and database updates.
- Administer specific grants programs with the support of team leads.
- Coordinate grant agreements, transmittals, letters, and payment schedules and create payments.
- Lead scholarship outreach efforts with school districts and students, including classroom presentations, in alignment with community partners.

Work relationship and scope :
Reports to the Senior Vice President of Community Impact. Works with staff, volunteers, and board committees to develop and implement objectives important to the Foundation’s work.
Measures of performance :
Ability to meet performance measures and organization goals as agreed upon with Senior Vice President of Community Impact. Evaluation by the SVP of Community Impact on performance, including accuracy, effective communication, and development of good working relationship with agencies, community partners, stakeholders, and fellow staff.

Work commitments :
Work is performed largely in the city of Green Bay; however, the Foundation serves Brown, Kewaunee and Oconto counties and provides some programs to Door County. Meetings are held county- and statewide. May involve some travel to other states for conferences.
Compensation :
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Salary range is between $24.50 and $26.50 per hour, based on experience, with a flexible benefits plan.

Salary : $25 - $27
