Greater Lawrence Technical School runs adult workforce development programming where we
prepare Merrimack Valley adults for career pathway, living wage jobs with Northeastern
Massachusetts employers. We provide “Introduction to” courses that include hands on and
related theory training in all the construction trades, as well as in advanced manufacturing and
the health care industry. Trainings are done in our state-of-the-art technical training
facilities with highly experienced GLTS teachers to prepare trainees for first-rung occupations of
relevant, in-demand careers.
A key component of workforce development program success is facilitating a positive transition
from training to career. GLTS is seeking a Career Transitions Specialist to join our team to lead
this critical component of programming.
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
