WHAT DOES YOUR DAY AS A TREATMENT COORDINATOR ENTAIL?
Your schedule will be flexible within the following hours:
- Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Friday, 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM
- Saturday, 6:30 AM - 12:00 PM
As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for checking patients in and out efficiently, ensuring a seamless flow in our office. Additionally, you will play a vital role in making financial arrangements for dental treatments as well as assisting patients in understanding their payment options and insurance coverage. Your excellent communication skills will shine as you handle phone calls to keep the schedule full, maximizing the productivity of the office and ensuring optimal patient care. This position offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to be at the forefront of patient interactions and contribute to the overall success of our practice!
