Overview
The Greater Mason City Board of REALTORS® is seeking a part-time administrative assistant to support the Executive Officer in managing board operations and maintaining multiple listing service records. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office Word and Excel, highly detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Confidentiality is a must. This position offers 20-25 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages.
- Maintain calendars for scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and welcoming for members.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with members to support various administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office environment or similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on providing excellent service.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently for data entry purposes.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
