About The Position:
The Diversified Assets Commercial Analyst manages classified loans, assisting with reporting and litigation while supporting team leads in loan remediation efforts. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, auditing documents, creating reports, and maintaining compliance with policies.
What You'll Be Doing
- Completes timely quarterly reviews for all assigned adversely-graded loans. These reviews will consist of a summary of recent borrower correspondence, financial analysis, assessment of collateral and assignment of a risk rating. Autonomously develop comprehensive action plans on behalf of financial institutions.
- Gather data from customers and other sources and analyze financial statements and tax returns.
- Assess the financial condition and risk of financing requests and ensure compliance with lending regulations and procedures.
- Assist with reporting and litigation matters, specifically as it relates to USDA and SBA reporting.
- Collaborate with Diversified Assets Officers on restructuring facilities to mitigate risk and improve borrower performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 1-2 years of experience in special assets or 3-4 years in commercial credit analysis

- Proficiently utilize a computer and the software applicable to this position.
- Possess the ability to accurately perform basic arithmetic operations and calculations as appropriate for your position.
Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of your job, you may regularly be required to sit and use a keyboard, multiple monitors, mouse, and telephone (including repetitive motions with hands, fingers, arms, etc.) for extended periods of time. You may also frequently be required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, bend, and kneel.
- You may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Location and Travel Requirements
- The Diversified Asset Commerical Analyst has the ability to work remotely. (excluding California, Colorado and Ohio)
- No travel required
Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000 - $95,000 per year
- Compensation is dependent on experience
- Medical, dental, and vision plans, where we cover 90% of employee costs and about 75% of the costs for their dependents
