We are a long-term care skilled nursing facility management company in the Greater New Orleans Area seeking an experienced LTC Business Office Manager Trainer to work with and train facilty Business Office Managers. Long-term care, Medical Billing, Medicaid application processing and insurance verification experience is required. A minimum of five (5) years experience as a LTC Business Office Manger is required. This person will oversee the processes for Medicaid applications, approval processes, 148 changes, paperwork, insurance verifications, entering newly admitted residents into the system and insure status changes in the system are maintained daily. It is critical that the Business Office Mangers are fully trained and manage these processes on an ongoing basis.
The trainer must be well versed in the PointClickCare clinical and billing administration system. The Trainer must be well versed in the Medicaid application process for LTC patients. Applications without LTC Business Office Management experience or without PointClickCare or Medicaid application knowledge and experience will be be automatically declined.
All eligible applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
The qualified applicant will report to the Corporate Office and participate in monthly Accounts Receivable meetings and any other meetings required by the facility administrator or company mangement.
Driving to and from facility locations in the Greater New Orleans will be required. Mileage expense will be reimbursed.
