We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and services, ensuring efficient logistics operations while maintaining high standards of quality. This role involves coordinating with various donors to optimize supply chain processes, manage shipping and receiving activities, and support warehouse management systems.
Duties
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including sourcing, shipping, and receiving of goods.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs.

- Collaborate with warehouse volunteers to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.
- Provide support in mechanical knowledge for equipment used in logistics processes.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Experience
- Proven experience in driving a box truck or larger.
