Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Camp Counselors. As a Camp Counselor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children while creating memorable experiences in a fun and safe environment. Duties:
- Supervise and engage campers in various activities, including sports, arts and crafts, and team-building exercises
- Plan and lead age-appropriate games, songs, and educational activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times
- Assist with meal times, including distributing food and monitoring dietary restrictions
- Provide guidance and support to campers in resolving conflicts or managing challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with other camp staff to create a positive and inclusive camp environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in babysitting, daycare, or childcare settings
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with children of different ages and backgrounds
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle unexpected challenges
