Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Community Liaison role located in McAllen , TX at Greater Valley Hospice. The Community Liaison will be responsible for community engagement, communication, customer service, community outreach, and home care support to enhance the quality of life for individuals at the end of life and their families.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Community Engagement, Communication, and Customer Service
- Experience in Community Outreach and Home Care support
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work empathetically and respectfully with patients and families
- Knowledge of hospice care and end-of-life support services is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
