Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Client Care Coordinator/Office Mananger to join our Group home team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless patient experience by managing administrative tasks and providing exceptional support within our Team. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, reliability, self motivation, organization willingness to serve clients with disabilities.
Duties
- Responsible for answering telephones, review and return phone calls.
- Managed day to day activities of the office/staff
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding services.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Schedule Client Activities and outing with assigned staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and follow-up services.
- Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure a well-functioning environment.
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.

Experience
- Previous experience in working with people with disabilities(group homes, home care, independent living) and office setting experience.
- Strong communication within the team and with patients.
- Experience in administrative support roles will be considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and staff.
- Previous Experience working with Word,Excel Documents required
- Drive and have driver License and insurance.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
