Job Summary : The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to clients. This role involves managing and supporting care workers, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervision and Support :
- Provide guidance and support to care workers in the field.
- Conduct regular supervision and performance reviews.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by care workers or clients.
- Client Management :
- Conduct initial assessments and develop care plans for new clients.
- Regularly review and update care plans to ensure they meet clients’ needs.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction with services.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance :
- Ensure all care services comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct spot checks and audits to maintain high standards of care.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to address any deficiencies.
- Training and Development :
- Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions for care workers.
- Support the professional development of care workers through mentoring and coaching.
- Administrative Duties :
- Maintain accurate records of care services, client interactions, and staff performance.
- Prepare reports for management on service delivery and staff performance.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating care worker assignments.
