Position Concept: The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This position requires a versatile approach, with responsibilities spanning from building maintenance to equipment upkeep. Being self-sufficient is a necessity, as is a strong desire to learn and grow, continuously expanding one's knowledge and skill-set to better serve GreatLIFE Members and guests. Knowledge, Skills and Traits:
- 1 year of maintenance background in either facilities or other mechanical equipment preferred, but not required
- Perform duties with positive attitude and professionalism
- Be able to work within a team
- Dedicated to improving your own skills and knowledge with a willingness to learn
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Abiiity to climb a ladder
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
