As an Asset Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our portfolio. Asset Management Roles

Pilot portfolio financial health: drive the development and execution of annual growth strategy and business plans
- Quarterback annual revenue growth for each property
- Direct expense control
- Present monthly and annual financial reviews
- Monitor and report on KPI's for stabilized and lease-up projects
- Oversee and assist in annual budget compilation for management portfolio and drive NOI growth
- Create, model and forecast portfolio performance analytics to direct operating decisions
- Retail/commercial space oversight, CAM reconciliations, tenant negotiations
- Annual real estate tax review and analysis

Property operations oversight
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to optimize marketing strategies, adjust budgets, manage vendor contracts, and refine property listings to drive performance and achieve portfolio goals
- Collaborate with the Facilities and Equipment Manager to ensure top-of-class onsite maintenance processes and procedures
- Oversee annual compliance requirements for each property and/or municipality
- Develop and maintain strong and positive relationships with owners/investors
- Identify, assess, and correct operational efficiencies
- Strategy development and follow through
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure growth and success
- Foster a collaborative culture and oversee recruitment efforts within your team
- Propose and manage annual value-add improvements for projects under management
- Special Projects as assigned

Minimum Requirements and/or Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of 4 year college degree and minimum 3 years relevant job experience
- Property Management experience required
- Skilled in Microsoft office suite with superior Excel skills
- Self-starter with five-star communication, interpersonal, customer service and telephone skills
- Must be able to work independently, identify next steps, and take action with little supervision
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements

- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must love people, dogs, and bring a service heart to every interaction
