Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques.
- Identify and segregate defective castings, maintaining quality benchmarks.
- Skillfully operate trim presses, handling various tools such as chipper hammers and grinders to finish castings.
- Fine-tune cutter head specifications, ensuring accuracy and documenting cutter head performance.
- Coordinate with supervisors for timely machine maintenance and repairs.
- Support logistics operations with occasional forklift use.
- Optimize downtime through proactive housekeeping and enhancement activities.
- Engage in continuous development and employee participation programs to drive improvement.
- Adhere to company attendance policies for consistent performance.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed, including occasional overtime work.
