**Who You Are:**

• Have a High School Diploma, complemented by an apprenticeship, related associate degree, or equivalent experience. Preferably with five years of relevant experience.
• Skilled in supervising complex operations with an innovative approach to technical practices.
• Possess meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and engaging in repetitive motions.
• Committed to wearing necessary PPE including goggles, ear protection, steel-toe shoes, and gloves.
