What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist/Customer Service position at Gree Mechanical Yonkers LLC?
Gree Mechanical Yonkers are looking to add full-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist/Customer Service to our office in Yonkers, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Post and process all approved vendor invoices for payment.
- Verify all invoices are posted to proper general ledger accounts in accordance with company accounting policies.
- Maintain approved vendor files including all required tax and insurance information.
- Reconcile statements and maintain accurate accounts payable schedule.
- Reconciles and deposits service and parts receipts, including charge cards.
- Receipts all monies received from sales, checks for money due.
- Enters finalized cash receipts and updates accounts receivable ledger by customer.
- Other Duties as assigned
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office,Google Workspace
- Tech Savvy
- Strong technical skill and command of excel and other computer applications
- 0-2 years’ experience
- Team player
- Analytical
- Proficient in Excel
