Greek Boys Choice Foods is looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team. The responsibility of the Customer Service Associate is to ensure excellent customer support and satisfaction and play a crucial role in maintaining a positive customer experience.
This position reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager.
Job duties and responsibilities (this is not all inclusive list)
- Take customer orders through phone calls, emails, and or text.
- Create sales orders and invoices.
- Scanning and filing paperwork.
- Inform customers on outages / substitutions, new products, and specials.
- Providing accurate and relevant information about products, services.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints or issues.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries
- Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to relay customer feedback and insights.
- Participating in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
- Cover the market area when needed.
