Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. Duties
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, and property maintenance.
- Oversee property maintenance tasks and coordinate with maintenance staff or vendors to ensure timely repairs.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) and Section 8 guidelines.
- Utilize property management software such as Yardi for tracking maintenance requests and managing tenant information.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess condition and identify necessary improvements.
- Develop and implement policies for effective facilities management.
- Maintain accurate records of property activities, including financial documentation and legal administrative tasks.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants through effective communication and customer relationship management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices and facilities management principles.
- Familiarity with LIHTC, Multifamily, Section 8 housing programs, and relevant laws is preferred.
- Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or similar systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage tenant relationships.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license may be required for site visits.
