Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Property Manager role located in Greeley, CO. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of properties, managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with regulations and lease agreements.
Qualifications
- Property management experience including LIHTC and Affordable Multifamily
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Experience with property maintenance and repair coordination
- Proficiency in property management software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field
