We are seeking a dedicated Long-Term Care Admissions Assistant / Concierge to help us deliver outstanding care to our residents.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is a must. Associate degree a plus
- Have knowledge of the assessment process and the development and execution of care plans.
- Medical Office / Insurance experience preferred
- Must adhere to professional standards and code of ethics.
