Admissions Assistant/Customer Service Consierge
Full-time
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Addressing concerns, inquiries, admissions, and discharge
- Assisting with coordination of the inquiry process
- Working with staff to ensure customers needs are met
- Ensuring residents and family are comfortable
- Room readiness compliance; ensuring departments are in coordinatin
- Remains in contact with new residents; perform 3-month post move-in visit, surveys residents for satisfactio
- Works with Admissions Director to ensure that referrals/admissions objectives are met, etc.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School graduate or some college preferred
- Customer service a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Nursing home experience helpful
