This role will also require some flexibility as location needs may vary between 3 offices in the Cedar Rapids/Marion area. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude, making them feel valued and supported.
- Help customers find the right storage solutions and truck rental options by actively listening to their needs and providing expert recommendations.
- Handle sales transactions with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace that reflects the pride we take in our facilities.
- Respond to customer inquiries with empathy and a solutions-focused approach, demonstrating commitment to exceptional service.

Shift:
Day shift between the hours of 7am and 6pm Monday - Friday; 7 am to 1 pm Saturdays

This is an in-person position at one of our 3 locations in the Cedar Rapids/Marion area
