What You’ll Do
- Manage administrative workflows related to permitting, PTO processes, and compliance documentation.
- Navigate and process applications through city portals and Arhon Energy Solutions portals.
- Use ServiceTitan to track jobs, schedule tasks, and keep project details up to date.
- Maintain efficiency in Google Suite, handling spreadsheets, reports, and internal documentation.
- Ensure hyper-accurate data entry for permitting, customer records, and internal processing.
- Communicate with city offices and vendors to streamline approval processes and keep projects on schedule.
- Support office operations, assisting leadership with key administrative tasks and office organization.

Qualifications
- Expert-Level Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
- Strong Experience with ServiceTitan (or similar CRM software)
- Deep Understanding of Permitting Processes and navigating city portals & Arhon Energy Solutions portals
- Hyper-Focused Attention to Detail – Nothing gets past you!
- Fast & Accurate Typing Skills
- Experience with PTO Processing & Office Operations
- Strong Problem-Solving & Multi-Tasking Abilities
- Ability to Work on Apple Computers (MacOS experience required)
- Excellent Communication Skills for interacting with city officials, vendors, and internal teams
- Proven Track Record of Administrative Excellence

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
