- Answer both client and employee calls
- Light sales (Lead calls our office to book)
- Scheduling
- Strong computer skills are necessary
- Maintain successful relationships with both clients and employees
- Responsible for keeping client attrition low
- Resolve customer complaints
- Pass on immediate requests to housekeeping team
- Admin responsibilities
- Measuring cancellations, complaints, reasons, & housekeepers assigned
- Updating client profiles and collecting payment
- Manage customer loyalty program
- Communicate feedback to Employee Relations Manager to be delivered to housekeeper
- Grow our online reviews
- Write and mail thank you cards (and/or gifts) to legacy clients, new clients regularly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
