Job Summary:

As a 1099 Mobile Hybrid Battery Installer, you will utilize your own vehicle to travel throughout your assigned service area, delivering and installing hybrid batteries with exceptional 5-star service. This flexible role allows you to set your own schedule—work part-time or full-time and earn based on the number of installations you complete.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use your own reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle to travel to customer locations within a 5-hour radius of your home.
• Install and replace hybrid batteries in various vehicle makes and models.
• World class training will be provided
• Perform diagnostic tests to ensure proper installation and vehicle functionality.
• Educate customers on the maintenance and care of their hybrid batteries.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company protocols during installations.
• Provide feedback to the technical and operations teams to improve products and services.
• Represent Green Bean Battery with professionalism and a commitment to quality service.
• Promote Green Bean Battery’s products and services by delivering a positive customer experience and encouraging referrals.
• Ensure the inventory storage facility is organized, with tools and materials readily accessible.
• Submit post-installation reports promptly to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Accurately document completed installations and communicate with the company as needed.

Compensation Overview:

• Flat rate per install complete ranging from $125 to $375
• Earnings are paid weekly based on number of installs completed
• Receive an additional $25 for every 5-star Google review generated by your customers
• Receive an additional $125 for extra-large batteries (140 lbs)
• All toll expenses incurred during travel are reimbursed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or relevant training preferred.
• Proven mechanical aptitude with experience in automotive repair, hybrid battery systems.
• Willingness to learn a new trade.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales or business development experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel within a 3-hour radius
• Comfortable lifting 60 - 150 pounds regularly.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams Chat
• Felony and conviction free background
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required.
