What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at Green Boundary Club?
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Maintains journals, checks registers, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventories, general journal, payroll and personnel files, excise tax reports and financial statements.
2. Prepares and makes bank deposits and checks post office boxes.
3. Reconciles all bank statements.
4. Audits and pays all club bills and invoices after approval by payment.
5. Administers the billing and collection of membership dues and charges.
6. Provides membership and financial management information for the General Manager, Board of Directors, and committee chairpersons.
7. Responds members’ questions regarding billing.
8. Maintains accurate records of vendor invoices.
9. Primary point of contact with the CPA.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum of two years accounting or bookkeeping experience, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and financial reports.
2. Knowledge and ability to use Quickbooks.
3. Familiarity with Toast POS software preferred.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
