Green Counseling Services, PLLC is recruiting a Clinical Director to lead our Waterloo team. We are interested in recruiting a licensed psychologist, licensed mental health counselor, licensed independent social worker, or a license marriage and family therapist for this position. Preferred candidates for this position will be fully licensed and will preferably have 5 years in their respective field and previous leadership experience. We are a growing practice dedicated to providing high quality mental health services including individual, family, couples, group, medication management and community outreach services with a focus on the biopsychosocial model and the social determinants of health.

Providers provide 20-25 hour of clinical care and 5 hours of supervisory oversight per week and establish their own weekly schedules. We are seeking a positive, consistent, and curious leader with excellent basic and advanced listening skills who makes others feel understood and supported while also promoting excellence in client care as indicated by a data driven approach.
We offer a highly competitive compensation package with:
- Income of $100,000-$130,000 per year on a revenue split W2 model.
