## Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our non-profit (501c6) organization in achieving its strategic goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will be provide vision, leadership, and direction to ensure the organization's continued growth and success. This is a member-based, non-profit organization responsible for marketing the 18-county region by attracting visitors to the region. Programs involve travel guide production (sales, creative and production), developing co-operative advertising campaigns with members, oversight of social media, digital marketing and website maintenance, developing a marketing plan and supporting budget, working with a board of directors and members. As a small firm, a "hands-on" director is a must.
## Duties
- Oversee all aspects of organizational operations, including the development of the marketing plan and budget, financial management, program development, and staff supervision
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and enhance organizational efficiency
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, and community partners
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Lead initiatives for business development and community engagement
## Qualifications
- Proven leader with a minimum of five years experience as a Manager, Director or Executive Director
-Detail Oriented with excellent communication and relationship management skills
-Knowledge of the Open Meetings Act and Oklahoma State Statutes
-Budgeting management, minimum of five years
-Ability to lead the Board of Directors in annual strategic marketing/promotions planning
-Preferred three to five years in the tourism | hospitality industry
