Requirements : Key Responsibilities
Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer locations based on service requests and technician availability.
Assist the sales team by organizing and tracking leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
Make outbound calls to prospective and current clients to schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and promote company services.
Handle large amounts of data related to scheduling, sales, and customer interactions.
Leverage various technologies and software platforms to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
Provide exceptional phone support with great phone etiquette and a professional, friendly voice.
