Requirements : Key Responsibilities

  • Dispatching Coordination :
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer locations based on service requests and technician availability.

  • Monitor and adjust schedules to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Maintain clear communication with technicians and customers throughout the service process.
  • Sales Coordination :
  • Assist the sales team by organizing and tracking leads, appointments, and follow-ups.

  • Ensure smooth communication between sales, operations, and clients to meet customer needs.
  • Coordinate with the comfort consultants to ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on sales opportunities.
  • Outbound Sales Calls :
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and current clients to schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and promote company services.

  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while showcasing Green Dot’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Data Management :
  • Handle large amounts of data related to scheduling, sales, and customer interactions.

  • Use CRM systems and scheduling software to input, track, and analyze data for operational efficiency.
  • Provide detailed reporting on sales activities and operational performance.
  • Technology and Systems :
  • Leverage various technologies and software platforms to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.

  • Stay updated on tools and systems to improve customer service and operational processes.
  • Customer Service :
  • Provide exceptional phone support with great phone etiquette and a professional, friendly voice.

  • Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience with Green Dot Heating & Air.
  • Qualifications

    We’re looking for someone with :

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the role.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and a professional, pleasant phone voice.
  • Prior experience in dispatching, sales coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Compensation

  • Salary Bonus Program : $40,000–$55,000 during the first year.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan options.
