Job Description:
This role requires a highly skilled Associate or Senior Transportation Planner to lead transportation planning efforts, oversee projects, and engage with stakeholders to advance sustainable and equitable mobility initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop regional transportation plans, active transportation plans, corridor studies, transit studies, and other transportation planning studies and reports.
- Conduct research, gather and analyze transportation and demographic data, and compile findings and prepare recommendations in written form for projects, including project analysis.
- Prepare maps, tables, charts, and other figures for community outreach, state reporting, and to include in transportation plans and studies.
- Support/oversee grant application preparation and development for transportation-related grant programs.
- Develop reports, studies, presentations, and other technical documentation to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
