Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Specialist to join our small team. The ideal candidate will have experience using QuickBooks and ADP to perform accounting, accounts receivable, payroll, and bookkeeping tasks.
Duties
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Collects and organizes time sheets
- Enter data related to employees and pay period
- Processes payroll
- Communication with Clients for Collections
- Invoicing using QuickBooks
- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, Share Drive, and communication.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance office efficiency.
Experience
- Great communicator/Team mentality
- Proven experience in an administrative role with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, ADP and Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
