We are business partners with Owens Corning and seek a professional to manage a call center with 8-10 direct reports. Must have prior experience with recruitment, hiring, training, and maintaining peak performance to achieve quotas.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience
In-depth knowledge of predictive dialer system.
Polished CRM, leadership, and motivational skills to coach staff.
Monitor staff to ensure quality and compliance.
Meet daily performance goals, maintain accurate reports.
Previous home improvement or industry-related experience a plus.
We offer base pay, benefits, plus travel and sign-on bonuses. Base salary 50K/Earn 75K.
