Full Job Description:
As an Account Coordinator at Green Giftz, you will play a vital role in supporting our Account Management team with daily tasks such as quoting, proposals, order entry, and other sales-related activities as well as new business development tasks such as ordering samples, reaching out to clients, setting up meetings, keeping detailed notes and providing follow-ups. This position keeps the sales pipeline moving, ensuring everything is recorded accurately and on time. Your role is a critical support position for our established project management team, and you will help expand our current opportunities to grow our book of business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Account Managers in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Provide timely, client-first service that routinely exceeds expectations.
- Maintain accurate CRM accounts with up-to-date contact information and details like birthdays, social media links, favorite things, life events, etc.
- Assist Account Managers in sending out thank you cards, holiday gifts, birthday gifts, etc.
- Find, create, send, and follow up on client spec samples to help drive business.
- Attend client meetings and follow up with detailed notes to keep the sales process moving.
- Assist with keeping the Account Manager's book of business up to date.
Support Account Managers with daily sales-related activities
- Assist in developing ideas and shopping for products that meet client goals and budget.
- Create beautiful & accurate proposals in the CRM system.
- Work with supplier partners to create virtuals, spec samples, and guarantee the best pricing.
- Enter orders with accurate details into the sales order system.
Proactively assist Account Managers with sales pipeline
- Use the CRM system to track and proactively manage the sales pipeline for Account Managers
- Execute assigned follow-up with the team, supplier partners, clients, and prospects as assigned.
- Ensure the Account Manager is on track with assigned follow-up and assist as needed.
- Record accurate notes regarding client interactions in CRM system.
- Identify prospective clients and assist with research.
- Coordinate referral campaigns for current accounts.
Other duties as assigned:
- Participate in supplier partner meetings and tradeshows.
- Misc. shipping & receiving responsibilities along with local pick-up and drop-offs.
- Answer phones.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous customer service or other support service experience is preferred.
- Experience with previous CRM software is preferred.
- Driver license and reliable vehicle.
- Strong work ethic, good humor, and a positive "can do" attitude.
- Motivated by deadlines.
- Great communicator and listener in-person, over the phone, via email and via video conference.
- Passion & curiosity for continued learning.
- Team player.
- Problem solver who is comfortable making judgment calls.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
