We are looking for a dynamic professional with a passion for outside sales who is self driven and managed, to work for Green Home Solutions, a premier indoor air quality company specializing in mold remediation, disinfection, and air cleaning.
Position: Outside Sales Representitive
Location: Richmond, VA 2hr radius
Responsibilities:
- Inspection/Sales:
Conduct thorough indoor air quality assessments and inspections.
Evaluate and diagnose air quality issues in residential and commercial spaces.
Document findings and provide clients with detailed reports.
Educate clients on indoor air quality solutions and services.
Prepare and present proposals tailored to clients' needs.
Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Any previous experience in indoor air quality, mold remediation, or related field would be a positive but NOT necessary
- Proven success in outside sales and customer management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Consistent follow-up and management of leads, proposals, sales, and jobs.

REQUIRED:
- Must have a valid and good driving record (No dui, no abundance of points or tickets)
- Must be able to pass a background check (No felonies)
Travel for training:
- Will need to be able to travel to Roanoke VA for training. Training will consist of a couple weeks training in Roanoke (we supply hotel for weeknights, home for weekends), followed by digital training for a couple weeks back in the Richmond area. During Roanoke training, will get on the job training from Sales people and on the job technician work training. While back in Richmond area, sales rep will join the technicians on a few jobs to ensure understanding of the job to be done and how it gets completed. Follow-up training for another week in Roanoke the following month with individual days the next couple months in Roanoke for continued training and certifications.
