Process Optimization : Strong background in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement (CI), and efficiency-driven problem-solving.
Equipment & Operations Expertise : Hands-on experience with mechanical systems, procedural process control, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Technical Skills & Tools :
Lean & Continuous Improvement : Proficiency in Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process improvement methodologies.
Data Analytics & Reporting : Skilled in Power BI, DataParc, and advanced Excel for operational performance tracking and decision-making.
Mechanical & Systems Knowledge : Familiarity with industrial equipment, automation systems, and maintenance coordination.
Work Environment & Physical Demands :
Industrial Setting : Comfortable working in an outdoor, high-exposure environment (heat, cold, dust) with heights exceeding 100 feet.
Operational Flexibility : Ability to work rotating shifts, handle scheduling complexities (call-ins, vacation coverage), and ensure production continuity.
Leadership & Soft Skills :
