Duties

- Oversee landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, planting, and weeding.
- Manage irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage and healthy plant growth.
- Implement tree care practices to maintain the health and aesthetics of trees on properties.
- Build and install landscape features such as patios, retaining walls, and garden beds as needed.
- Train and mentor team members in best practices for landscape maintenance and groundskeeping.
- Maintain equipment used in landscaping operations, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
