Summary of Position :
Bartenders responsibilities include greeting all guests that approach the bar, taking orders, serving food, preparing and servings
drinks including mixed drinks and drafter beers, support for the service staff, keeping the bar cleaned and stocked per store
standards as well as following all safety and service standards..
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Greet all of our bar guests. Learns the names and personally recognize our regulars.
- Present drink menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages.
- Take beverage orders from guests and servers.
- Record drink and orders accurately and immediately after receipt into the POS system.
- Prepare garnishes for drinks
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Green Lantern’s standard drink recipes.
- Receive and serve food orders to guests seated at the bar.
- Accept guest payment, process credit card charges, and make changes (if applicable).
- Maintains bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of
beverages.
