We are searching for a dynamic Accounting Manager for a well-established company in Coral Springs, FL. This position will work directly with the Owners and external CPA. Great opportunity for long-term professional and financial growth.

Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle GL functions, including AP / AR, journal entries, account / credit card reconciliation, balance sheet, financial statement, and month-end close process.
- Process payroll and expense reimbursements for employees and external contractors.
- Prepare budgets, cash flow analysis, and forecasts.
- Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financials.
- Interact with the external CPA regarding yearly audits and tax documentation / filing.
- Assist with light administrative, organizational, and operational duties.
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc reports as requested.
