The Manager of Commercial Property Operations & Quality Control will be responsible for maintaining, constructing, and remodeling current and new commercial portfolio properties. This position will work autonomously and in a team environment. The Office is located in Boca Raton, FL.
Compensation is a base salary of $85,000 - $100,000 annual performance bonus and full benefits. Total compensation will be based on credentials and experience.
Duties
- Oversee commercial properties’ daily operations, workflow, and productivity.
- Manage construction, repair, and remodeling projects from start to completion.
- Handle field operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, selection of contractor bids, contract review, work order execution, and building inspections.
- Interact with Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers.
- Communicate with facility maintenance personnel to ensure safety and sanitary standards are consistently achieved and maintained.
- Visit properties weekly as needed, monitoring KPIs and operational excellence.
- Report to the Senior Manager, providing weekly / monthly updates.
