Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee our Texas market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and distribution within the alcoholic beverage industry, with deep knowledge of Texas regulations. You’ll be responsible for leading a sales team, developing market strategies, and building strong relationships with key industry stakeholders to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team across Texas, ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Market Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and support brand development.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) laws and regulations.
- Relationship Management : Cultivate relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and on-premise accounts (bars / restaurants).
- Sales Analysis : Track performance, analyze market data, and adjust strategies to optimize sales.
- Brand Promotion : Support the growth of premium and emerging brands, including craft beers, wines, and specialty products (e.g., THC-infused drinks).
