What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hardscaper/Landscaper position at Green Light Lawn Care Inc.?
Green Light Lawn Care is seeking an individual to join our Hardscape Landscaping Crew. Someone who can assist in the installation of hardscape designs including but not limited to paver patio, walkways, stairs, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits. This person would assist in the landscape construction by digging, constructing hardscape areas, planting plants and more.
We are looking for someone who has working knowledge of setting up and using laser transits and construction projects. Someone who is proficient in using hand tools commonly used in landscaping and can work as part of a crew to install and complete hardscape, softscape and earth work projects using equipment, power tools and hand tools. This person must be customer and quality focused, have effective communication skills (both verbal and written), excellent problem-solving abilities, is responsible and dependable, has a team-oriented mindset with a good work ethic and positive attitude. We require 2 years’ experience in hardscaping and landscape installation. This position requires the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Wages for this position depends on the individual’s experience and work output.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
