General Manager (GM) at Green Market

Requirements:

• Marijuana Handlers Permit
• Food Handlers Card
• METRC, LeafLink and GreenBits experience

Job Duties:

• Oversee and manage daily retail and lab operations.
• Delegate projects and tasks to budtenders.
• Organize and control store structure and maintain good standing with staff/owner.
• Improve efficiency of the business and formulate plans to increase profits for retail front and lab wholesale.
• Create SOPs and policies for improved efficiency and general upkeep of the store.
• Approve/deny purchase requests and projects by shift leads.
• Hire/fire/discipline employees.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day retail and lab operations.
• Assign tasks and performance goals and assure their completion.
• Approve/deny purchase requests made by shift lead.
• Diagnose financial & inventory inconsistencies.
• Check up on budtender/lab progress with projects.

Weekly Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory counts on METRC, LeafLink, GreenBits and WeedMaps.
• Post weekly employee schedules and prepare timecards.
• Maintain communication with outside vendors, wholesale customers, and owner to ensure business operates smoothly.
• Maintain store upkeep with supplies (office, cleaning, beverage, etc.).

Monthly Responsibilities:

• Assign inventory counts on retail and lab products.
• Plan for upcoming holidays/deals and update websites.

Yearly Responsibilities:

• Employee Evaluations.
• File necessary documents for business and marijuana licenses.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
