Green Meadows Partners, a locally owned recruiting firm, is assisting our client in the West Knoxville area with adding an experienced Accounting Assistant to their growing finance team! This position will be in office only, Monday through Friday 8a to 5p. Pay rate will vary on level of previous experience, but will be in the range of $20-26 per hour.
Experience/skills required:
- Minimum of 2 years in an AP, AR or Accounting Assistant role
- Good working knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting
- General ledger
- Invoicing
- Payment processing
- Account/expense tracking and reports
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), and ability to quickly pick up on role-relevant computer applications and systems
Job overview:
- Assist Accounting Manager will general accounting and administrative duties such as: data entry of invoices and payments, running financial reports, Accounts Payable processing, Accounts Receivable collecting. Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
