HR Assistant and Generalist

This is a full-time in person position. This position pays between $21 - $24 per hour based upon experience. Preferably to have HR and / or Staffing experience in a skilled nursing facility and / or medical setting.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist the HR Director with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests.
• Maintain employee records and assist with the scheduling functions of the facility.
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing background checks, scheduling interviews, providing in-services in corporate compliance mandates.
• The HR Generalist will assist the Director in performing orientations, update records of new and current staff, and work with new staff on master schedules.
• Assisting the Director is responsible for ensuring the company’s labor requirement and PPD are met and that staffing reports are completed in timely.
• The Generalist is responsible for monitoring overtime, open shifts and working with the nursing management team reviewing the daily, weekly, monthly schedule.
