Responsibilities of the Assistant Activities:

• 
  Work under the Activities Director, helping to plan and oversee recreational events and programs.

• 
  Create and lead activities like arts and crafts, music, dance, and sports to develop our resident’s social skills and promote active healthy lifestyles.

Qualifications for the Assistant Activities:

• 
  High school diploma or equivalent

• 
  Previous experience in Recreational Planning and Development in a health care setting
• 
  A genuine interest in working closely with the geriatric population and their families

• 
  Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills, as well as the ability to lead and manage others
