Two Rivers Supervisory Union is looking for a dynamic Special Education teacher to work with students at Green Mountain Union High School. This is a full time position.
The special educator will work with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to meet the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide individual and small group instruction for identified students.
Maintain records on progress of students to identify difficulties, track progress and justify treatment.
Possess a working knowledge of Special Education Law, writing Individualized Plans, adapting curriculum, and inclusionary practices.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with teachers, special educators, related service providers and families to develop and implement individual or group programs.
Salary : $46,990 - $92,790
