We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Utilize vision inspection systems to identify defects and ensure product quality.
- Collect and analyze data related to quality metrics and performance indicators.
- Implement and maintain quality management systems to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
- Participate in audits and assist in the development of training programs related to quality assurance practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of QA/QC principles, including familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
- Experience with data collection methods and statistical analysis techniques.
- Ability to fabricate reports based on inspection findings and analysis results.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Requires good vision - 30cm from the product to identify defects with a diameter > 1mm on the product.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration across departments.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
